CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE & DISCLOSURE POLICY

TITAN OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS

1. General Digital Communications Notice

This notice governs all digital communications, client intake submissions, strategic documents, and digital platform interactions associated with TITAN Operational Systems ("TITAN").

2. Website & Intake Form Submissions

Any operational metrics, commercial data, warehouse capacity figures, or project details submitted through website contact forms, intake portals, or preliminary inquiry channels are handled with professional discretion and strict confidentiality.

However, because standard internet transmissions are not completely secure, site visitors and prospective clients are advised not to submit unpatented proprietary automation designs, restricted trade secrets, or protected personal employee data prior to the execution of a formal, bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

3. Electronic Mail (Email) Confidentiality Standard

All electronic mail messages sent by TITAN officers, advisors, consultants, or operational partners, including any attached files, are intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.

• Restricted Content: Email communications may contain confidential, proprietary, trade secret, or legally privileged operational information regarding logistics networks, freight control protocols, or hospitality asset strategies.

• Unauthorized Disclosure: Any unauthorized review, copying, forwarding, distribution, or action taken in reliance upon email contents by unintended recipients is strictly prohibited.

• Accidental Delivery & Non-Waiver: If you receive a communication in error, please immediately notify the sender by reply email, permanently delete the original message and all attached files from your system, and destroy any printed copies. Accidental transmission does not constitute a waiver of legal privilege, work-product protection, or intellectual property rights held by TITAN.

4. Client Proposals, Audits & Deliverable Footers

All strategic framework documents, warehouse flow diagrams, asset custody protocols, pre-opening checklists, and operational audit reports produced by TITAN remain CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY. They are furnished to clients strictly for internal evaluation and execution under signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs). No portion of TITAN's deliverables may be shared with market competitors, external third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, or unauthorized third parties without express written authorization from TITAN executive leadership.

Any unauthorized review, use, disclosure, or distribution is strictly prohibited. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender immediately by reply email and destroy all copies of the original message.

  Submission Confidentiality: Operational data submitted through this portal is treated with institutional confidentiality. For highly sensitive trade secrets or custom facility engineering plans, a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to full diagnostic disclosure.
